As soon as Light of Motiram was introduced to the public, the chatter began, comparing the situation to Palworld and Pokémon. In this case, Palworld has been embroiled in legal challenges because it bears a heavy resemblance to Pokémon, leading Nintendo to sue its developer, Pocketpair, for infringing on patent rights.
