The Support Virtual Agent is a cutting-edge AI tool designed to simplify and speed up the resolution of support issues for Xbox players. As of today, select Xbox Insiders can start using this tool by heading over to support.xbox.com. This smart assistant is equipped to fetch relevant answers from support.xbox.com for a smoother experience when dealing with Xbox console and game-related queries. At the moment, the feature is exclusively available to Xbox Insiders in the United States who have English set as their preferred language. These users can now explore the Support Virtual Agent by logging in at support.xbox.com with their Insider Program credentials.
Your feedback is crucial to us in refining this feature, so as you interact with the Support Virtual Agent, feel free to share your thoughts. Simply click the “thumbs up” or “thumbs down” on the responses you receive, or you can hit the “Give feedback” button at the page’s bottom for more detailed feedback.
Getting Started with the Support Virtual Agent
From today, Xbox Insiders will notice the Support Virtual Agent on the “Contact us” page on support.xbox.com. Log in using your Xbox Insider account, and you’ll find an option to pose a question to the new Support Virtual Agent.
Once you select “Ask a question,” the Support Virtual Agent will pop up in a new browser window. You can engage with it through either text or voice queries, and it will provide relevant responses drawn from support.xbox.com. If the agent is unable to resolve your issue, you can request to chat with a live support representative during Xbox Support’s regular hours.
Throughout this trial period, you have the option to personalize your support experience by using the ellipsis menu icon. Here, you can choose between two different versions of the Support Virtual Agent.
