This remake seems to have hit a little bump.
This week, we’re diving deep into Death Wish 4 with our 1-900-103-4RFN offers (00:00:26). What was supposed to be a simple introduction, quickly turns into the usual RFN chaos.
We spend quite some time on a segment aimed at letting new listeners get to know our voices and figure out if Jon’s absent (he usually is). Then, we jump into NEW BUSINESS! Greg shares a brief update on Mario & Luigi: Brothership before steering the discussion toward the new NSO release: Donkey Kong Land (00:13:38). James resumes his habit of thoughtful gameplay with the just-released KUUKYOMI 4: Consider It (00:31:04). These may all feel similar, but they continue to deliver stupidly enjoyable experiences. Guillaume wraps things up with his final impressions of Trials of Mana (00:39:54), which turns out to be quite a delightful game. It’s even part of the Nintendo Black Friday sale. However, he’s not as impressed with the Amazon series Like a Dragon: Yakuza (00:45:43). Meanwhile, Jon bought Skyrim once again (01:05:01). This time he’s diving into it on the PS5. Alongside James, they strategize on snagging vouchers for the eShop and Xbox Live – it’s nearly game time for these two.
After a breather, we set our sights on selecting two Nintendo DS games each to nominate for The Nintendo DS 20th Anniversary Retroactive celebration (01:15:27). Curious about our picks? Give it a listen!
Keep the excitement going!
