Donkey Kong Land from 1995 has just landed in the Game Boy library. This game is a custom-tailored version for the Game Boy, inspired by the original Donkey Kong Country, which coincidentally turns 30 years old this week. It’s a nostalgic nod for fans of the series and a fresh opportunity for newcomers to dive into a classic.
This marks the first update to the basic tier since September, when a selection of SNES games was introduced. It’s also the first time the Game Boy library sees new content since the addition of the complete Mega Man series back in June.
